Passing the PLPCAT means you are an Admission Qualifier. However, you are not officially a student until you finish the physical enrollment sequence. For programs like Nursing or Education, you may also need to pass a panel interview before proceeding.

The official enrollment process flows through a fast-tracked system regulated by the PLP Registrar:

Submit Final Entrance Credentials

Registrar's Office (approx. 10 mins)

Submit your Original Grade 12 Report Card (Form 138), original Certificate of Good Moral Character, and official Residence Certificate (from the Pasig City Treasurer's Office). The Registrar will stamp your receiving copies and issue your official Student Number and an Enrollment Slip.

Academic Advising and Assessment

Respective College Dean's Office (approx. 5 mins)

Proceed to the department building of your chosen major (e.g., College of Nursing, College of Business). The College Dean or Department Chair will screen your eligibility, tag your fixed block curriculum schedule, and print out your official Assessment Slip.

Finance Office Clearance

Finance Windows (Only if applicable)

While tuition is free under the Tertiary Education Act, specific allied courses with distinct laboratory, dynamic affiliation, or Related Learning Experience (RLE) components might require minor clearance or records checking at the Finance desk.

Printing of Certificate of Registration (COR)

Registrar's Office (approx. 1 min).

Return to the designated Registrar counter to present your advised assessment slip. The clerk will print out your official Certificate of Registration (COR).
