The Social Security System (SSS), in partnership with Asia United Bank (AUB) and its mobile e-wallet HelloMoney, has expanded its MySSS Card Instant Issuance Kiosk network across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

With more than 40 participating kiosk locations nationwide, eligible SSS members can now claim their physical MySSS Card in as fast as five minutes.

Card Purpose: Functions as an official SSS government ID (replacing the old UMID card) and an active ATM payment card powered by AUB HelloMoney for direct benefit, loan, and pension disbursements.

Turnaround Time: 5 minutes for pre-approved online applicants.

Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).One-Time Card Fee: ₱250 (no maintaining balance or monthly fees).

Crucial Condition: The 5-minute instant printing only applies to members who completed their online application and verification in advance. Walk-in applicants without prior digital verification cannot receive an instant card. All cards remain subject to PSA/National ID verification prior to release.


Step-by-Step: How to Claim Your MySSS Card in 5 Minutes

To ensure a smooth turnaround at the kiosk, follow these preparatory steps before visiting a location:

  1. Verify Your SSS Records: Log into the My.SSS Member Portal. Ensure your SS number is tagged as permanent and that your mobile number, email, and home address match your official Philippine Identification System (National ID) records.

  2. Apply Online & Verify Identity: Under the Services menu in My.SSS, select MySSS Card. Complete the identity authentication via National ID eVerify, including photo and facial scanning.

  3. Select Bank & Complete Registration: Choose AUB / HelloMoney as your financial provider. Open or link your HelloMoney App (available on Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei App Gallery), settle the ₱250 card fee, and wait for your status notification confirming your card is ready for kiosk printing.

  4. Visit a Kiosk & Claim: Go to any participating kiosk during operating hours, present your confirmation QR code or details, scan your identity parameters, and receive your printed MySSS Card in minutes!
