LTO Pasig District Office (Main Branch)

This is the main branch responsible for full-service transactions, including new vehicle registrations, renewals of smoke-emission-cleared vehicles, and complex licensing transactions.

  • Address: Ynares Sports Arena Compound, Shaw Boulevard, Kapitolyo, Pasig City

  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Primary Landmark: Ynares Sports Arena and Capitol Commons (located just a short walk away along Shaw Boulevard).


How to Get There


  • Via Driving / Riding: If you are navigating via Waze or Google Maps, pin "Ynares Sports Arena" or "LTO Pasig District Office". It sits right along Shaw Boulevard near the boundary of Kapitolyo. Parking is available inside the sports compound, though it fills up quickly in the morning.

  • Via Commute (From EDSA / Shaw MRT Station): Go to the jeepney terminal near the MRT-3 Shaw Station (Starmall side). Board any jeepney heading towards Pasig Palengke or San Joaquin. Tell the driver to drop you off at "Ynares Sports Arena." The LTO office is located inside the compound gate.


LTO DLRO Tiendesitas (Driver's License Renewal Office)

If you only need to apply for a Student Permit or renew an unexpired Driver's License (expired for less than two years), the DLRO at Tiendesitas is a much faster, air-conditioned alternative to the main district office.

  • Address: Las Tiendas Entrance, Tiendesitas, Frontera Verde, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City

  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Primary Landmark: Tiendesitas Shopping Complex and Ark Avilon Zoo.


How to Get There


Via Driving / Riding: Pin "Tiendesitas" on your navigation app. The compound is highly accessible via C-5 Road or Ortigas Avenue. You can park in the open parking area right in front of the Las Tiendas entrance for quick access.

Via Commute (From Ortigas / EDSA):

  • From the EDSA-Robinsons Galleria intersection, look for G-Liner or RRCG buses heading towards Taytay or Angono, or take a jeepney/UV Express heading down Ortigas Avenue Eastbound.

  • Get off at the intersection of Ortigas Avenue and C-5 (IPI).

  • From IPI, you can take a short walk or a brief tricycle/jeep ride heading North along C-5 to enter the Frontera Verde / Tiendesitas estate.
