What to Do If You Receive a TPMO Citation (OVR)
If you are apprehended by a TPMO enforcer or find your vehicle clamped/towed in Pasig, you must follow the official city redemption process:
1. Check the Citation Details
Within 5 days of apprehension.
Read the issued Ordinance Violation Receipt (OVR) to verify the exact traffic infraction. You have a maximum of 5 working days to settle the fine before the ticket is marked as contested or delinquent.
2. Proceed to Pasig City Hall
TPMO Redemption Center
Go to the designated TPMO Ticket Redemption Center located inside the Pasig City Hall Complex (Caruncho Avenue). Present your physical copy of the OVR to the assessment window. The clerk will verify the infraction against the city database and print your official Payment Order Slip.
3. Settle the Fine at the Cashier
City Treasurer's Windows.
Take the Payment Order Slip to the City Treasurer’s Cashier Windows. Pay the corresponding fine in full. Ensure you receive an official Government Receipt (OR) as proof of payment.
4. Reclaim Your License or Vehicle
Final Release.
Return to the TPMO window and present your official receipt. The officer will release your confiscated driver's license. If your vehicle was towed, you will be given an official Release Clearance which you must take to the city impounding yard to retrieve your property.
