This highly accessible urban corridor sits along Meralco Avenue, serving as a boundary point linking Pasig, Mandaluyong, and Taguig (BGC). It offers a quieter, high-end alternative to the denser commercial zones deeper inside Ortigas Center


1. Via MRT-3 (Shaw Boulevard Station) — The Easiest Route

Estancia Mall is closest to the Shaw Boulevard Station.

  • Step 1: Take the MRT-3 and alight at Shaw Boulevard Station. Exit on the Northbound side (towards Starmall / EDSA Central).

  • Step 2: Walk towards the jeepney terminal near Starmall or along Shaw Boulevard.
